Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 3–5 years progressive experience in career development or related field with student-oriented experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach Sophomore Success (Nursing, Public Health).
• Conduct 1:1 appointments for resume, cover letter, job search, interviewing skills, and mock interviews.
• Review and edit resumes and cover letters.
• Develop and present workshops and class visits as requested.
• Maintain and update CT Nursing Fair and CT CRNA Fair contacts.
• Coordinate with University Career Center on registrations and payments.
• Communicate progress with Directors and Associate Directors about fairs and externships.
• Identify healthcare systems in TX to invite to Austin CRNA & ASDN fairs and manage invitations.
• Invite health systems and companies to fairs and Egan opportunities.
• Support Austin Egan needs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and dates.
• Curate employment, externship, and internship opportunities and share via Handshake.
• Manage SNA Alumni-Student Nursing Brunch and Panel; recruit alumni volunteers and schedule events.
• Organize Nursing Leadership presentations to seniors and coordinate hospital externship timelines.
