Assistant Director of Nursing to add to our dynamic team! The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations within inpatient residential treatment facilities, including programs with detoxification services and, as applicable, PHP and IOP settings. The ADON assists in ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and operational efficiency across nursing services.
