Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp seeks energetic staff to guide campers through creative activities and ensure safety during the 8:00 am–6:00 pm schedule. You’ll help campers choose activities, monitor wellness, and keep spaces organized, collaborating with a local director.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 2+ months’ camp experience, and certified in First Aid & CPR. Duties include daily updates with photos to camper profiles and respectful, inclusive conduct.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience with camp-age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities, build connections, and monitor camper safety.
• Oversee or create activity spaces; support rotating roles.
• Coordinate with the director to align with camp policies.
• Add daily updates and photos to campers’ profiles.
