Job summary

Steve and Kate's Camps in Portland, OR is hiring for a camp staff role during the winter session. Staff will facilitate activities, supervise campers, and help ensure safety and wellness throughout the day.

The position requires a minimum of 16 years of age, at least 2 months of relevant experience, and First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1. Expect dynamic shifts from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with a focus on creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Minimum 2 months experience working with camp-age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 (some locations may require additional certifications).

• Oversee activity spaces; campers self-select activities and rotate support roles.
