Job Duties Duties & Responsibilities Serves as part of the department’s leadership team. Performs upper-level administrative duties, such as preparing and monitoring annual reports and assessment plans. Maintains current knowledge of all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, and provides guidance to staff and students to ensure compliance. Participates in goal setting, performance evaluations, budget-related decisions, and long-range strategic planning for the department. Documents student learning and program evaluation, and craft the assessment plans for individual programs or services. Serves as a departmental representative in the absence of the director.
