Job summary

BRC is seeking a Program Supervisor to assist the Director in managing day-to-day operations across Bronx and Brooklyn sites. The role includes supervising clinical staff, auditing charts, and training staff in treatment planning and interventions.

The position requires LMSW or LMHC with supervisory experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and CPR certification or willingness to obtain training. On-call duties and QA activities are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required.
• Experience in clinical and administrative supervision.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred.
• CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for assisting the Program Director in management of day-to-day operations of the program located in the Bronx and Brooklyn. Supervise management staff, clinical staff, auditing of clinical charts, training staff in, treatment planning, clinical interventions and techniques. Liaison between Community Outreach programs, Hospitals and Agency. Outreach into community to expand referral base for apartment treatment services. On call responsibilities included. Policy and procedure quality assurance and utilization review. Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned.

HOURS

Full-time 37.5 hours per week

• Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

QUALIFICATIONS
