• Experience leading teams/crews and providing event planning support.
• Experience training students and troubleshooting event operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex detail.
• Experience with event design, platforms, and diagram software.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of university policies, procedures, and facilities.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and cross-campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student technical training, development, and campus-wide operations.
• Prepare facilities agreements and technical production approvals; advise Director on feasibility.
• Review technical riders; recommend installations, requirements, compliance and management.
• Create crew manuals, booking processes, and day-to-day tech ops plans.
• Design layouts, routes, timelines, and technical plans for events.
• Prepare final invoices for technical estimation and billing.
• Maintain inventory for rental equipment and campuses facilities.
• Support event software platforms and coordinate vendor engagements.
• Oversee and manage campus-wide installations and removal of equipment.
