Job summary

The University of Cincinnati invites applications for the role of Assistant Director Learning Services, Office of Innovation. Onsite position overseeing CID Learning Lab experiences, logistics, and collaborative partnerships with CID Partners and Allies.

You will design immersive experiences, manage projects, build the opportunity pipeline, and mentor co-op/intern staff while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Five years of program support, project management, innovation delivery or related experience.
• Nine years of combined education/experience or specialized training required.

Responsibilities

• Own logistics and coordination with CID Partners to create a seamless on-ramp to Learning Lab experiences.
• Assist design and facilitation of immersive learning experiences including workshops, retreats, sprints and studios.
• Help build Learning Lab opportunity pipeline through client outreach to match needs.
• Lead project management of learning experiences, coordinating resources to meet schedules and budgets.
• Drive collaboration and accountability to align solutions for client learning needs.
• Foster relationships with UC faculty and staff as subject matter experts and content providers.
• Create and prototype new immersive learning experiences based on trends and needs.
• Track and report value of experiences through qualitative and quantitative assessments.
• Provide support for Learning Lab team with event logistics and post-experience wrap-up.
• Advise leadership on client relationship management and improvements.
• Manage co-op/intern students for Learning Lab support; may supervise staff.
