Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, instructional design, technology, organizational development, education, or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of academic administration experience; experience in project management, program development, and learning experience design preferred.

• Manage initiatives that strengthen learner experience, program development, and knowledge management.
• Partner with program directors and cross-functional teams to develop resources, tools, and practices that enhance program quality and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze learner, program, market and operational data to develop insights and recommendations for stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
• Lead governance and continuous improvement of knowledge management systems and digital collaboration environments.
• Identify and support implementation of AI-enabled and emerging technologies to improve learner experience and organizational capability.
