Georgetown University is seeking an Assistant Director in the Office of Career Strategy (OCS) to advise JD students across 1L–3L years and to develop resources for summer positions and OCI success.

The role reports to a Director, supports student career planning, and partners with OPICS and external partners. A JD or advanced degree and commitment to equity are required; the position emphasizes flexibility and autonomy in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Must hold a JD or other advanced degree.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and cultural sensitivity.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with and listen to people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual advising to JD students across 1L–3L cohorts.
• Develop resources and programming for the job search and OCI process.
• Collaborate with Georgetown offices, OPICS, employers, and alumni to support job search success.
