The Little Gym of Silver Spring is seeking a Program Director to lead the core values, teach our proven curriculum, and guide a team to deliver exceptional classes. You will communicate program details accurately to both staff and members.

You will oversee teaching quality, staff development, customer interactions, and enrollment growth while maintaining a welcoming, professional gym environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching gymnastics using a proven curriculum and method.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate professionally with staff and customers.
• Strong customer service and public speaking skills.
• Interest in enrollment growth and tracking business indicators.
• Willingness to perform office tasks and keep a clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics classes based on our curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead the curriculum and supervise staff to ensure best classes.
• Public speaking to promote programs and events.
• Provide outstanding customer service and member experience.
• Assist the Gym Director with enrollment and financial indicators.
• Handle office tasks like calls, texts, emails, and walk-ins.
• Maintain a clean and safe gym environment.
