Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, orient, and develop staff; manage performance and evaluate team members.
• Advance evidence-based clinical pharmacy practice and ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
• Develop and implement clinical programs, pathways, policies, and medication-use initiatives in hematology/oncology care.
