The Ohio State University seeks an Assistant Director of Pharmacy to provide strategic leadership for inpatient hematology/oncology clinical pharmacy services and to oversee hematology/oncology pharmacists in both inpatient and ambulatory care settings. This team supports patients with hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, and related complex conditions. The Assistant Director ensures safe, effective, evidence-based, and patient-centered medication management; advances clinical pharmacy practice; supports staff development and performance; and promotes compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, and institutional standards. The role collaborates with pharmacy leadership, physicians, nursing, and other interdisciplinary partners to optimize medication-use processes, implement quality and safety initiatives, develop and evaluate clinical programs, and advance oncology care, research, and education.
