Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day office leadership for staff to meet performance goals.
• Advise students and families on financial aid eligibility and processes.
• Maintain current knowledge of federal/state/university aid policies.
• Lead financial aid processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with long-range office planning and staff development.
• Represent the office in meetings and external communications.
