Job summary

Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA, seeks a dedicated professional to provide support, advice, and advocacy to a strong fraternity and sorority community on housing/facilities, leadership development, crisis/emergency response, conduct, and related issues. You will serve on campus-wide committees and work with Greek organizations to advance student engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Education or Student affairs or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and build working relationships with volunteers, alumni, Greek headquarters, and campus community.
• Advise one or more Greek governing councils (Panhellenic, Interfraternity, Multicultural Greek, National Pan-Hellenic).
• Manage facilities related services for chapters, including house maintenance and inspections.
• Provide advice and support to programs that promote safe and healthy lifestyles for members of Greek letter organizations and the campus community.
• Promote effective Greek chapter leadership through oversight of the Greek Advance program components.
• Respond to crises or emergencies within the Greek community as needed.
• Report on allegations of infractions of the Code of Conduct.
• Act on behalf of the Director in their absence.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
