Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field plus three years of related administrative and technical experience.
• OR a combination of education and/or years of experience equal to seven years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Support accreditation activities, compliance reporting, and ACGME documentation for continuous readiness.
• Coordinate Annual Program Evaluations, Special Reviews, and oversight processes.
• Develop and report GM E data, dashboards and performance analyses.
• Administer GMEC operations, including meeting coordination and tracking actions.
• Oversee GM E policy management and institutional policy review processes.
• Coordinate educational programs, leadership development, and events.
• Manage trainee end-lifecycle processes, including exit procedures and verifications.
• Conduct institutional reporting and trend analyses to support planning and decisions.
• Support daily GME office operations and provide coordination for leadership and residency programs.
