Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Coordinator to manage one or more accredited residency/fellowship programs. You will work closely with the Program Director to implement and oversee educational activities, maintain records, and ensure continued accreditation.

The role requires organization, discretion, and strong communication. You will support resident recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with ACGME requirements, contributing to program quality and effectiveness within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree with related experience acceptable.
• Experience coordinating Graduate Medical Education (GME) activities.
• Ability to manage records, databases, and accreditation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the GME program, including educational activities and events.
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with resident recruitment, onboarding, and visa/licensure processes.
• Support program leadership in policy adherence and quality improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellows, faculty, staff, and stakeholders.
