Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years of full-time experience in fraternity/sorority life advising or related areas.
• Awareness of trends in fraternity/sorority life at national level.
• Ability to apply best practices to strengthen the FSL community.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global university environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise FSL communities and chapters to support safe, healthy membership experiences.
• Provide event planning and risk management guidance for on- and off-campus events.
• Guide chapters to comply with university policies and organization requirements.
• Lead supervision and evaluation of FSL staff and practicum students.
• Develop educational programs and wellness initiatives in partnership with campus partners.
• Oversee FSL communications, including newsletter, social media, and website.
