OhioGuidestone seeks an experienced Assistant Director to provide comprehensive leadership of department operations and our Four County locations. Home base can be at our Bryan, Defiance or Napoleon office.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on supervision and occasional direct client contact. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Social Service or related field, with LISW/LPCC/LIMFT supervisor designation and at least 5 years in leadership within not-for-profit or healthcare

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social services or related field.
• Licensed with supervisor designation (LISW/LPCC/LIMFT) preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health or not-for-profit settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership of department operations across multiple sites.
• Oversee staff training, policy development, and compliance with standards.
• Manage budgets, billing, and resource allocation.
• Develop program plans with measurable outcomes aligned to strategy.
• Ensure service delivery meets regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Offer clinical consultation and crisis management when needed.
• Support promotions and community outreach to raise program awareness.
• Supervise direct reports and maintain accountability across the team.
