Job summary

1 Hotel Kauai, L.L.C. is looking for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to lead and inspire our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in progressive Food & Beverage roles, with at least 4 years in management of high-volume operations.

This role emphasizes guest engagement, operational excellence, and effective communication. A competitive salary of $135,000-$150,000 annually, plus an incentive bonus, is offered.

About you

Compensation

$135,000-$150,000 annually + incentive bonus.
