Loyola University Chicago is seeking an Assistant Director of Financial Aid to lead and guide undergraduate and graduate students through financing options. The role emphasizes customer service, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with campus partners to deliver holistic services.
Responsibilities include file review, professional judgment, verification, and award packaging management, along with workshops and presentations.
The Assistant Director is a critical member of the Financial Aid team, providing guidance to undergraduate and graduate students in all aspects of financing a Loyola University education.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Bachelor's degree in related field and three - five years of related experience, or a combination of education and work experience . A solid knowledge of federal and state regulations is essential.
Proficiency with Department of Education databases; COD, NSLDS, FAA Access, SAIG. PeopleSoft experience highly preferred.
