Job summary

The University of Florida’s College of Pharmacy seeks an Assistant Director of Experiential Programs to manage the Office of Experiential Programs on the Main Campus in Gainesville. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily office functions, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure effective programming for PharmD experiential education.

This role requires strong operations leadership and alignment with accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience or bachelor’s + 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in coordinating staff and office operations.
• Experience with IPPE/APPE curriculum or clinical education settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Office of Experiential Programs and supervise staff.
• Coordinate schedules, affiliations, and budget execution for the office.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director and Assistant Dean on program objectives and improvements.
• Represent the OEP to external stakeholders as needed.
