Job summary

The Robinson Center for Young Scholars is seeking an Assistant Director of Enrichment Program. This 12-month, in-person role (with limited telework) oversees Saturday and Summer programs, staffing, enrollment, and policy development in a collaborative environment.

You will manage a substantial temporary staff budget, coordinate with UW partners, and ensure program quality and equity across sessions while reporting to the Director of Enrichment Program.

Qualifications

• The role requires a Master’s degree in education or related field and K-12 experience.
• Proven leadership, program management, and budgeting abilities are essential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-department work.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of Enrichment programs year-round, including staffing and budgeting.
• Oversee enrollment, registration, and admissions across offerings with budgeting alignment.
• Develop and enforce policies, ensure compliance with youth protection requirements.
• Act as on-site lead for Saturday sessions and coordinate cross-program logistics.
