Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and seven years of relevant experience in higher education, program management, or curriculum development.
• Experience in curriculum design, learning outcome assessment, and evidence-based decision making.
• Experience supervising staff or directing the work of student employees.
• Educational background in/knowledge of Engineering.
• Knowledge of and experience applying career development theory and NACE career competencies.
• Proficiency in career management platforms (Handshake) and learning management systems (Canvas).

Responsibilities

• Architect a unified student journey linking academic planning, work-integrated learning, and career outcomes.
• Develop and manage curriculum and career education initiatives within the college.
• Collaborate with industry partners to expand experiential learning opportunities.
• Lead and supervise staff or student workers involved in career services.
• Apply career development theory and assessment methods to program decisions.
• Utilize Handshake and Canvas to support career readiness outcomes.
