• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills necessary to advise students in individual and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Advises students and alumni on job search strategies, resumes, interviews, and market positioning.
• Develops and delivers workshops on career development topics and hiring trends.
• Leads employer engagement, recruitment programs, and market development initiatives.
• Manages data analysis, reporting, and compliance-related activities for ABA, NALP, and disclosures.
