Babilou Family US is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Certified Teacher, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and help implement Sustainable Education practices across classrooms. You will supervise staff, manage family communications, and contribute to a positive school culture.

Responsibilities include supervision, compliance with regulatory standards, and driving professional development and enrollment growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in childcare or school management.
• Director state credentials.
• Strong knowledge of state childcare and school regulations and licensing standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or Business (optional but beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom operations and supervise staff to ensure safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards, and oversee center operations.
• Support family interactions, conferences, and communications as directed by the School Director.
• Oversee budgets, enrollment growth, and overall school performance.
