Job summary

Babilou Family US is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Certified Teacher and uphold a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will assist in daily classroom operations and supervise staff, while promoting sustainable practice and strong family interactions.

This role requires coordination with the teaching team, adherence to licensing standards, and leadership to drive program improvement and enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in childcare or school management.
• Strong knowledge of state childcare regulations and licensing standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive enrollment growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support and supervise school staff, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Assist classroom teachers with daily lesson plans, supervision, and safe, clean environments.
• Foster family engagement and effective communication with families.
• Support budget management, enrollment growth, and program improvement.
