Child Development Schools, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to help create a nurturing environment for young learners. You will assist the Director in promoting staff collaboration, safety, and family engagement while guiding educational activities and program growth.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities through the ASPIRE Director in Training program to develop leadership and business acumen in early childhood education.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED required; Early Childhood Education education is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center or similar setting.
