The Goddard School of Cypress (Bridgeland), TX is seeking an Assistant Director to help oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of education and care. You will support the Director in staff management, licensing compliance, and community relations to build a nurturing school environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, team leadership and classroom management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements.

• Staff Management: Support the recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff

• Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with families
• Health and Safety: Conduct regular safety drills, maintain emergency preparedness and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment

The Goddard School located at: 21722 Tuckerton Road Cypress, TX 77433 is looking for a motivated, self-starter for an Assistant Director position at our School! The Assistant Director will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role involves supporting the Director in managing staff, maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and fostering positive relationships with families and the community.
