Job summary

The Goddard School at Frisco, TX is seeking an Assistant Director to help oversee daily operations, support the director, and ensure high-quality education and care for children. You will help manage staff, uphold licensing requirements, and foster positive relationships with families and the community.

This role supports a proprietary Wonder of Learning program, emphasizes safety, and requires a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree requirement in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School.
• Staff Management: Support recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff.
• Curriculum and Program Development: Assist in implementing our Wonder of Learning program designed to spark curiosity and growth.
• Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with families.
• Health and Safety: Conduct regular safety drills and ensure licensing regulations.
