Qualifikationen

• Equivalency statement: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
• Department may hire at one of the following job levels: Associate Director, Data Science Management; requires a bachelor’s or master’s plus related experience.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a close partner to the Senior Director, representing the office in meetings and reporting outcomes.
• Assist in day-to-day leadership and growth of the Office of Data Science & AI, including strategy and staffing.
• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-driven AI systems for biomedical, genomic, and clinical datasets.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to assess reliability, safety, and performance of AI outputs.
• Lead analysis of real-world oncology data for clinical safety monitoring and translational research.
• Translate research questions into analytical pipelines using Python, R, and Streamlit.
• Collaborate with clinical and research teams to deliver high-value data science applications.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional audiences via presentations and reports.
• Contribute to grants, publications, and conferences showcasing the Office’s work.
