Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy and roadmap aligned with clinical, research, administrative, and growth priorities.
• Lead infrastructure planning for a multi-campus cancer center and Vineyard Campus expansion.
• Oversee cybersecurity, privacy, and risk management to ensure HIPAA/NIST compliance.
• Mature IT service delivery with SLAs, OLAs, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a multi-layer IT organization and foster collaborative leadership.
