Job summary

Cumberland County Guidance Center in Millville, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Community Support Services (CSS) Assistant Director to join our leadership team. You will oversee daily CSS programs, supervise case management staff, and provide clinical support to enhance recovery-focused services in the community.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, active NJ licensure (LSW/LAC/LAMFT), and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Active New Jersey Licensure (LSW/LAC/LAMFT).
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum two years of mental health or behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Community Support Services programs and supervise staff.
• Provide supervision, support, and guidance to case management staff.
• Support community integration, rehabilitation, and recovery-focused services.
• Conduct rehabilitation assessments and service planning.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct field supervision and staff coaching and training.
