Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in human services or nonprofit management.
• Experience in community organizing or coalition building.
• Experience managing community facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Spellman Center operations.
• Develop and evaluate community programs and initiatives.
• Conduct needs assessments to inform programming.
• Engage residents and stakeholders to reflect community voice.
• Integrate new programming with existing services.
• Build partnerships with agencies, funders, and officials.
• Collaborate with program directors for coordinated operations.
• Manage a calendar of programs and events.
• Support marketing for programs and outreach.
• Represent Catholic Charities at community forums.
• Assist with budget, reporting, and staff supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
