The University of Toledo seeks an Assistant Director, COMLS Student Success to lead the Office of Student Affairs, overseeing medical student career advising, student services, and office operations.
You will mentor M1–M4 students, coordinate career events, and promote advising across UTCOMLS and COMLS faculty, ensuring a positive, confidential, student-centered experience.

Provides leadership for the Office of Student Affairs with primary management responsibilities in the areas of 1) medical student career advising/ mentoring program 2) medical student services and office operations, career advising programming, maintenance of medical student rosters, and 3) student professional development through oversight of career events. Works directly with students to implement career advising initiatives M1 through M4. This position will be responsible for ensuring students have a positive experience at COMLS, assisting and providing one‑on‑one support to students as well as administration and faculty. This role will be responsible for promoting career advising to UTCOMLS students M1‑M4 as well as the faculty of the COMLS. Career advising is essential with the LCME accreditation and student satisfaction.
