University of Richmond's Bonner Center for Civic Engagement seeks a dynamic coordinator to develop and implement high-impact civic engagement experiences for Bonner Scholars and related initiatives in Richmond, VA. Qualifications

Two years’ experience in higher education or K-12 required.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Strong ability to recruit, train, and motivate volunteers.
Ability to manage programs and budgets.
Ability to build partnerships with campus and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develops and delivers civic engagement programming for Bonner Scholars, fostering student leadership and learning.
Designs onboarding and reflection resources for diverse student cohorts.
Supports recruitment, supervision, and development of the Bonner Scholar student leadership team.
Advises students through resource guides and professional development trainings.
Contributes to campus-community partnerships and off-campus relationships.
Delivers program assessment and supports data-driven improvement.
