Job summary

Learning Care Group in Washington state is hiring an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director and, in the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility.

You will support social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, promote a positive learning environment, recruit and retain quality staff, and help advance family engagement and program quality in a licensed childcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the School Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school.
