The Assistant Director will support staff recruitment, training, and compliance with state licensing while promoting the company's safety vision and educational standards.

Qualifications

• Must have previous leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• Assist in promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
