The Children’s Courtyard in Texas is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children in a supportive, family-focused environment. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean and interactive classroom, and engage with families to support children's growth.

No nights or weekends, flexible schedules, and opportunities for training, tuition reimbursement, and our Master Teacher Program. We value energetic, dependable individuals who love children and want to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
