We're now hiring an experienced leader to join our growing team as Assistant Director in the Ohio area!

Our goal is to foster independence and develop competent, action-oriented thinkers and change agents through high-fidelity, authentic Montessori programs globally.

The Assistant Director Position:

The Assistant Head of School works closely with the Head of School to ensure the provision of a high-quality learning experience, exceptional customer service to parents, and a supportive work environment for staff. The ideal candidate loves community building, working with parents, and leading outreach initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the creation of a strong campus culture aligned with our mission
  2. Planning and hosting community outreach events
  3. Conducting tours for prospective families and converting leads into enrollments
  4. Managing enrollment processes using CRM systems
  5. Overseeing daily operations such as billing, supplies, and maintenance scheduling
  6. Engaging with parents to build community and address concerns

Qualifications:

  • Experience in early childhood education leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director for a preschool
  • Montessori certification or familiarity with Montessori education
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM and billing software
  • Knowledge of the local community to inform marketing strategies
