Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Counseling, Higher Education, Human Resources or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Required Experience: Five to seven years of job related experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in related field; experience building relationships with tech employers and alumni; knowledge of internship and early career recruiting timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building relationships and communities with colleges, employers, students, parents, and alumni to connect Career Education/Outreach, Employer Relations, and Pre-Graduate/Pre-Professional Advising.
• Coordinate employer requests to connect across campus for branding, interactions with students and faculty.
• Develop and implement effective integrated career and employment services aligned with institute goals.
• Provide data about employer trends, career readiness, and assist with Careerbuzz/Handshake information.
• Expand and maintain the Employer Relations Network.
• Interact with employers for general recruiting and targeted programming.
• Contribute to planning and execution of employer events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
