The Virginia Tech Department of Athletics seeks an Assistant Director / Business Operations to manage invoices, travel reimbursements, and expenditure coding in compliance with department and NCAA rules.
Reporting to the Associate AD / Business Operations, the role handles documentation, data entry, and reporting tasks, contributing to accurate financial operations for VT Athletics. The candidate will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in Blacksburg, VA.

The Assistant Director / Business Operations reports directly to the Associate AD / Business Operations and is responsible for collecting, logging, and processing documentation/transactions such as departmental invoices and travel reimbursements for the Athletics Department, and ensuring the coding of all expenditures is in accordance with department, Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act, and NCAA reporting requirements. This position may be required to track and report payment of expenditures and other projects as assigned.
