Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in higher education administration or related field.
• 5+ years in student advisement and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse populations; public speaking and group facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic services for about 2,200 graduate students.
• Supervise advisors, train staff, and mentor the team.
• Coordinate student orientations, workshops, and group advising sessions.
• Liaise with Admissions Office and Office of Student Affairs on recruitment, yield, and retention.
