Job summary

The role supports the DUP and DGS, balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in higher education administration or academic program management.
• Ability to interpret and apply university, school, and departmental policy with judgment.
• Direct experience advising coordination, admissions, onboarding, and milestone progression.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support to the Director of Undergraduate Programs and the Director of Graduate Studies.
• Oversee graduate admissions operations and undergraduate declaration processes.
• Maintain authoritative records of student progress across programs and milestones.
• Coordinate graduate recruitment events and onboarding for both programs.
• Liaise with central offices on visa and compliance matters for international students.
• Plan and manage student programming across both populations.
