Job summary

Abacus Early Learning Centers in Indianapolis seeks an Assistant Director to support daily center operations, supervise staff, and communicate with families.

The role requires at least 21 years old, a high school diploma, and Indiana state eligibility; 15 child development credit hours and compliance with state regulations.

This full-time position offers bi-weekly pay, paid time off, holiday pay and benefits, with Monday through Friday schedule and no weekends.

We have four locations and serve ages 6 weeks through 12 years.

Abacus Early Learning Center- Indianapolis is looking to find a reliable, trustworthy person to fill our Assistant Director position.

Assistant Director Responsibilities:

• 42 Minimum Hours a week
• Follow all State Regulations and Abacus Policies
• Aid Director in daily center duties

Assistant Director Required Qualifications:
