Job summary

The Gardner School is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the Executive School Director and oversee daily operations in our state-of-the-art facility. You will schedule staff, build strong family relationships, and lead school tours and events to strengthen community engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and leadership experience in licensed early childhood settings, with opportunities for professional growth and benefits.

Actual pay will depend on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and education.
