The Gardner School of Blue Ash is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the Executive School Director in daily operations, scheduling, and staffing. You will build strong relationships with families, lead tours, and organize family events while guiding teachers in curriculum implementation and licensing compliance.

Competitive Pay: The starting salary range for this position is $40,280-$50,350 annually. Actual pay will depend on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly, performance-based bonus.
