Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to help run a licensed child care center in Georgia. You will work with the School Director to ensure safe, high-quality operations and a positive learning environment for children.

In the Director's absence you assume sole responsibility for the school and oversee staff, adherence to licensing standards, and ongoing program quality. The role supports the growth of children across social, physical, and intellectual development, while

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• The Georgia 40 hour director course is preferred.

Responsibilities
