Job summary

The Children's Courtyard in Suwanee, GA is hiring an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. You will support growth in children’s social, physical, and intellectual development and help recruit and retain a strong team.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and flexible schedules with no nights or weekends. A 2-year Assistant Director background and an Associate degree in ECE are preferred, with Georgia 40-hour director

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Georgia 40 hour director course is preferred.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates degree in ECE or related field is preferred
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• The Georgia 40 hour director course is preferred
