Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director for a Sartell, MN, center. You will oversee safe, effective school operations with the School Director and step in during the Director’s absence to ensure continuity of care and education for children and families.

The role emphasizes promoting child development, maintaining licensing standards, and leading a caring, educational environment while supporting staff and the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of a starting hourly at $20.48 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
